Effective Date: August 12, 2026
Last Updated: August 12, 2026
Version: 1.0
This Hosting Agreement governs the hosting services provided by Red Pro Host. It supplements and forms part of the Red Pro Host Terms and Conditions.
By ordering, accessing or continuing to use a hosting service, the customer agrees to this Hosting Agreement, the Terms and Conditions, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any product-specific terms presented during checkout.
1. Scope of This Agreement
This Agreement applies to hosting services purchased directly from Red Pro Host, including:
- Shared Hosting
- WordPress Hosting
- Lifetime Hosting
- Virtual Private Servers
- Managed VPS services
- Unmanaged VPS services
- Dedicated Servers
- Related hosting add-ons and technical services
Domain registration and transfer services may be governed by separate domain-related terms.
2. Hosting Service Types
2.1 Shared Hosting
Shared Hosting operates in a multi-customer environment. Server resources including processing capacity, memory, storage, network connectivity and system processes are shared between multiple hosting accounts.
Each customer receives access to the features and resource allocations included in the purchased plan.
2.2 WordPress Hosting
WordPress Hosting is provided through hosting infrastructure configured for WordPress websites. Available features depend on the selected plan and may include WordPress installation tools, caching, security tools, SSL, backups and control-panel access.
Use of WordPress, themes and plugins remains subject to the licenses and terms of their respective developers.
2.3 Lifetime Hosting
Lifetime Hosting is a one-time-purchase hosting product offered under defined resource limits and product conditions.
Lifetime Hosting does not mean that server resources are unlimited or that every third-party product, domain, licence, add-on or premium support service will be provided without charge indefinitely.
Lifetime Hosting is also subject to the Red Pro Host Lifetime Hosting Special Terms. If those Special Terms conflict with this Agreement, the Lifetime Hosting Special Terms will control for the affected service.
2.4 Virtual Private Servers
A VPS provides an isolated virtual environment on shared physical infrastructure. Resource allocations, operating system, network capacity, management level and administrative access depend on the purchased plan.
Customers receiving root or administrative access are responsible for activities performed through that access.
2.5 Dedicated Servers
A Dedicated Server provides access to physical server resources allocated to a single customer, subject to the applicable order, hardware specification, network terms and management level.
Hardware replacement, IP allocation, licences and managed services depend on the selected product.
3. Service Activation
Red Pro Host may require payment confirmation, identity verification, fraud review or additional order information before activating a service.
Estimated activation times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
An order may be rejected, delayed or cancelled where:
- Payment cannot be verified
- Order information is inaccurate or incomplete
- Fraud or abuse risk is identified
- Required infrastructure is unavailable
- The requested configuration is unsupported
- Providing the service would violate law or provider requirements
If Red Pro Host cannot provision a paid service, refund eligibility will be determined under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Server and Network Changes
Red Pro Host may migrate hosting accounts, virtual servers or other services between servers, data centres, networks or infrastructure providers where reasonably necessary for:
- Maintenance
- Security
- Hardware replacement
- Capacity management
- Performance improvement
- Provider changes
- Disaster recovery
- Service continuity
A migration may result in changes to IP addresses, server names, DNS settings, routing, software versions or other technical details.
Where customer action is required, Red Pro Host will use reasonable efforts to provide instructions or advance notice. Emergency security or infrastructure work may be performed without advance notice.
5. Resource Limits and Fair Usage
All hosting plans are subject to technical and operational limits, even where a feature is described as “unlimited” or “unmetered.”
“Unlimited” or “unmetered” does not mean infinite resources. It means that the applicable feature does not have a standard usage charge within the normal operation of an eligible website, subject to fair usage and server stability.
Applicable limits may include:
- CPU usage
- Memory
- Storage
- Monthly data transfer
- Inodes and file count
- Database size and quantity
- Email storage and sending
- Entry processes
- Active processes
- Concurrent connections
- Cron jobs
- FTP accounts
- Website quantity
- Addon domains
- Backup usage
Current plan limits should be displayed in the applicable product description, order form or customer account.
If usage exceeds a plan limit or negatively affects other customers or infrastructure, Red Pro Host may:
- Notify the customer and request a reduction in usage;
- Recommend an appropriate upgrade;
- Temporarily restrict the affected resource;
- Suspend the affected website or service; or
- Terminate the service in serious or repeated cases.
Where an urgent security or stability risk exists, immediate restriction or suspension may occur without advance notice.
6. Customer Content
The customer owns or controls the content uploaded to their hosting account and remains responsible for it.
Customer content includes:
- Website files
- Databases
- Images and videos
- Applications and scripts
- Source code
- Customer and visitor information
- Products and services sold through a hosted website
- User-generated content
- Domain and DNS configurations
The customer represents that they possess all necessary rights, permissions and lawful grounds to store, publish or process their content.
Red Pro Host does not routinely review all customer content. However, content may be accessed, preserved, restricted or removed when reasonably necessary to:
- Provide requested technical support
- Investigate a security incident
- Respond to an abuse complaint
- Protect infrastructure
- Comply with applicable law
- Enforce this Agreement or another policy
7. Prohibited Activities
Hosting services must not be used for activities that are illegal, abusive, deceptive, harmful or disruptive.
Prohibited activities include:
- Phishing and impersonation
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Malware, ransomware or malicious scripts
- Credential theft
- Payment or identity fraud
- Network attacks or denial-of-service activity
- Unauthorized port or vulnerability scanning
- Cryptocurrency mining unless expressly authorized
- Open proxies, open relays or publicly accessible recursive DNS services
- Botnets or command-and-control infrastructure
- Distribution of pirated or unlawfully copied material
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Child sexual abuse material or exploitation
- Content promoting terrorism or serious violence
- Nulled, cracked or illegally licensed software
- File-dump, public-download or backup-repository services on Shared Hosting
- Applications that create unreasonable server or network load
Red Pro Host may investigate suspected violations and may request information or corrective action from the customer.
Serious violations including phishing, malware distribution, fraud, child exploitation or deliberate network attacks may result in immediate suspension or termination.
8. Account and Application Security
Customers must take reasonable measures to protect their hosting accounts and applications.
Customer responsibilities include:
- Using strong and unique passwords
- Enabling multi-factor authentication where available
- Keeping account contact details current
- Restricting administrative access
- Installing security updates
- Maintaining supported software versions
- Securing scripts, plugins and themes
- Removing unused accounts and applications
- Monitoring websites and servers for unauthorized activity
- Promptly reporting suspected compromise
Customers must not share passwords, private keys or full payment details through insecure channels.
If an account is compromised, Red Pro Host may temporarily restrict access, reset credentials, isolate files or suspend the service while the incident is investigated.
9. Email Services
Email included with a hosting plan must be used for legitimate personal or business communication.
Customers must not use the service for:
- Purchased mailing lists
- Harvested email addresses
- Unsolicited bulk email
- Email bombing
- Deceptive headers or sender identities
- Phishing or credential collection
- Sending that causes IP or domain blacklisting
Red Pro Host may apply sending limits, connection limits, storage limits and anti-spam controls to protect email reputation and service availability.
10. Backups and Restoration
10.1 Included Backup Service
Eligible active Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting and Lifetime Hosting accounts include automated backups through JetBackup.
Backups are scheduled once per day and use an incremental backup method.
10.2 Retention
Red Pro Host normally retains the seven most recent successful daily restore points on a rolling basis.
After a new successful restore point is generated, the oldest available restore point may be deleted automatically.
Backups are not real-time and do not capture changes made after the latest completed backup.
10.3 Backup Scope
Depending on the hosting-account configuration and JetBackup capabilities, an available restore point may contain eligible:
- Website files
- Databases
- Email stored in the hosting account
- Supported account settings
- Other supported cPanel account data
A particular file, database, message or configuration can only be restored if it existed and was successfully included in the selected restore point.
10.4 Restoration
Where self-service restoration is available, customers may use JetBackup through the hosting control panel. Customers may also request reasonable restoration assistance through a support ticket.
Customers acknowledge that restoration may:
- Replace existing files or databases;
- Remove changes created after the selected restore point;
- Require account-ownership verification; and
- Take time depending on account size, server load and data condition.
Customers should create a separate copy of current data before starting restoration whenever possible.
10.5 Customer Backup Responsibility
The included backup system is provided as a recovery convenience. It does not replace the customer’s responsibility to maintain independent external backups.
Customers must keep separate copies of important files, databases, email, configurations and business information outside their Red Pro Host hosting account.
10.6 Backup Limitations
A backup or restoration may fail or become unavailable because of:
- Storage or hardware failure
- Corrupted customer data
- Malware or compromised files
- Backup software failure
- Unsupported files or configurations
- Resource restrictions
- Infrastructure incidents
- Events outside Red Pro Host’s reasonable control
Backup archives stored inside the customer’s hosting account may be excluded from JetBackup to avoid recursive backup creation and excessive storage consumption.
10.7 Suspended or Terminated Services
New backups may stop when a service is expired, suspended, cancelled or terminated.
Existing backups may be permanently deleted after the service ends. The normal seven-restore-point retention does not guarantee backup availability after expiration, suspension, cancellation or termination.
10.8 VPS and Dedicated Server Backups
VPS and Dedicated Server backups are not included under this section unless the applicable order, invoice or product description expressly includes a backup service.
VPS and Dedicated Server customers must maintain their own backups or purchase a separate backup service.
11. Managed and Unmanaged Services
11.1 Unmanaged Services
For an unmanaged VPS or Dedicated Server, the customer is responsible for:
- Operating-system administration
- Software installation
- Security updates
- Firewall configuration
- Malware response
- Server monitoring
- Application configuration
- Backups and restoration
- Troubleshooting customer-installed software
Red Pro Host’s responsibility is generally limited to the underlying infrastructure and services expressly listed in the order.
11.2 Managed Services
Managed services include only the tasks specifically described in the purchased management plan.
A managed label does not automatically include unlimited development work, application repair, custom coding, third-party software support or recovery from customer-created errors.
Red Pro Host may decline work that is unsupported, insecure, unlawful or outside the purchased management scope.
12. Maintenance and Availability
Red Pro Host may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
Service interruption may also result from:
- Customer scripts or configurations
- Software failure
- DNS propagation
- Internet routing
- DDoS attacks
- IP blacklisting
- Upstream provider incidents
- Hardware failure
- Security isolation
- Events outside reasonable control
Red Pro Host does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We use reasonable efforts to investigate and restore affected services promptly whenever an interruption is detected or reported. Availability may be affected by scheduled or emergency maintenance, customer-side configurations, DNS issues, upstream providers, network failures, cyberattacks, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Third-Party Software and Licences
Hosting services may include or support third-party products such as:
- cPanel
- JetBackup
- WordPress
- SSL certificates
- Operating systems
- Security software
- Website applications
- Themes and plugins
Third-party products remain subject to their owners’ licences, availability and technical requirements.
Red Pro Host may replace, update, limit or discontinue a third-party product when necessary because of licensing, security, compatibility, provider availability or commercial changes.
A free or included third-party licence may become chargeable if the vendor changes its pricing or licence conditions. Where practical, affected customers will be notified before a new charge applies.
14. Free and Promotional Products
A hosting plan may include a free or discounted domain, SSL certificate, migration, licence or other promotional item.
Eligibility, duration and renewal pricing depend on the applicable offer.
When the underlying hosting service is cancelled or refunded:
- A free product may be cancelled;
- A domain-registration cost may be deducted from the refund;
- A third-party licence may stop working; and
- Promotional benefits may be withdrawn.
15. Technical Support and Account Access
Red Pro Host may require customer authorization before accessing or modifying hosted content.
When providing technical assistance, support personnel may need to:
- Inspect logs
- Test configurations
- Modify permissions
- Disable a plugin or script
- Restore files
- Reset credentials
- Isolate malicious content
Red Pro Host will use reasonable care, but customers should maintain a current backup before requesting changes whenever possible.
16. Suspension and Termination
Red Pro Host may restrict, suspend or terminate a service because of:
- Non-payment
- Fraud or chargebacks
- Security risk
- Excessive resource consumption
- Abuse complaints
- Illegal activity
- Policy violations
- Failure to respond to a required corrective-action notice
- Risk to other customers or infrastructure
Advance notice will normally be provided where practical. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to prevent harm, comply with law or protect infrastructure.
Before a service expires or is cancelled, the customer must download required data and move DNS or other services where necessary.
Data may be permanently deleted after termination, expiration or cancellation.
17. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility, exclusions, request procedures and processing times are governed by the Red Pro Host Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Shared and WordPress Hosting may be eligible for a refund within 30 calendar days of the original qualifying purchase.
Lifetime Hosting may be eligible for a refund within seven calendar days.
VPS and Dedicated Server services become non-refundable after provisioning begins.
18. Data Protection and Regulated Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their hosted websites and applications comply with applicable privacy, security and data-protection laws.
Unless Red Pro Host expressly agrees in writing:
- Hosting services are not represented as HIPAA-compliant;
- Hosting services are not represented as PCI DSS-certified environments for storing raw payment-card data; and
- Hosting services must not be used where a specific regulated environment is legally required.
Customers processing personal information must provide appropriate privacy notices, obtain required consent and secure the data they collect.
19. Changes to This Agreement
Red Pro Host may update this Agreement to reflect changes in services, infrastructure, security requirements, law or third-party products.
Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated through reasonable available channels where required.
The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version.
20. Relationship With Other Documents
This Hosting Agreement supplements the Red Pro Host Terms and Conditions.
If documents conflict, the following order will normally apply:
- Applicable product-specific or Lifetime Hosting Special Terms;
- This Hosting Agreement;
- Refund and Cancellation Policy for refund matters;
- Terms and Conditions;
- General website descriptions.
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
22. Contact
Customers can submit hosting-related questions or support requests through the Red Pro Host client area:
https://redprohost.com/panel/submitticket.php
23. Acknowledgement
By placing and continuing to maintain or place information on Red Pro Host’s servers, you are stating and acknowledging that you have read the aforementioned terms and conditions and that you understand them.
