Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 12, 2026
Last Updated: August 12, 2026
Version: 1.0

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased directly from Red Pro Host. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Policy.

1. Shared and WordPress Hosting

New Shared Hosting and WordPress Hosting purchases are covered by a 30-calendar-day money-back guarantee, beginning on the original purchase date.

This guarantee:

  • Applies only to the first purchase of an eligible hosting service.
  • Does not apply to renewals, upgrades or previously refunded services.
  • Does not include domains, licences, setup fees or third-party services.
  • Cannot be used repeatedly to obtain free hosting.

Customers may be asked to provide a cancellation reason for service-improvement purposes. A technical fault caused by Red Pro Host is not required for an otherwise eligible refund.

2. Lifetime Hosting

New Lifetime Hosting purchases are covered by a 7-calendar-day money-back guarantee, beginning on the original purchase date.

A Lifetime Hosting refund:

  • Applies only to the first purchase of the Lifetime Hosting service.
  • Must be requested within seven calendar days of payment.
  • Does not include domain-registration costs, licences, setup fees, paid migrations or third-party add-ons.
  • Is not available after the refund period has expired.
  • Is not available for accounts suspended or terminated for prohibited activities, abuse or violations of our policies.

If a free or discounted domain was included, its normal registration cost will be deducted from the refund. The domain will remain registered to the customer for its applicable registration period.

“Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of the applicable Red Pro Host service and remains subject to the Lifetime Hosting Special Terms.

3. VPS and Dedicated Servers

VPS and Dedicated Server payments are non-refundable after the server has been provisioned or the order has been submitted to an infrastructure provider.

A refund may be issued if:

  • The cancellation request is received before provisioning begins; or
  • Red Pro Host is unable to provision the ordered service.

Operating-system installation, IP allocation, server configuration or sending access credentials may be treated as confirmation that provisioning has begun.

4. Non-Refundable Products and Charges

The following are non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law:

  • Domain registrations, renewals and successful transfers
  • Domain redemption or recovery charges
  • Hosting and service renewals
  • VPS and Dedicated Servers after provisioning
  • Software and control-panel licences
  • Dedicated IP addresses after allocation
  • Setup and activation charges
  • Paid migration or technical work after work begins
  • SSL certificates and third-party services
  • Service upgrades and resource add-ons
  • Account credits, promotional credits and coupons
  • Cryptocurrency, token or other irreversible digital-asset payments

An unsuccessful domain registration or unsuccessful domain transfer will be refunded or credited if Red Pro Host did not incur a non-refundable registry or provider charge.

5. Free Domains and Bundled Products

If a domain, licence or third-party product was provided free or at a discounted price with an eligible hosting service, its normal standalone cost may be deducted from the refund.

After deduction, the customer will retain control of the domain or product for its paid or registered term, where technically and contractually possible.

6. Policy Violations

A refund will not be issued for a service suspended, restricted or terminated because of:

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Phishing, fraud or impersonation
  • Malware or malicious activity
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Illegal content or activity
  • Network attacks, port scanning or denial-of-service activity
  • Deliberate excessive resource consumption
  • Payment fraud or unauthorized payment methods
  • Violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

This restriction does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

7. How to Request a Refund

The account owner must submit a refund request through the Red Pro Host billing ticket system before the applicable refund deadline.

The request should include:

  • Registered account email
  • Order or invoice number
  • Service being cancelled
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Preferred confirmation that required data has been backed up

Refund requests sent only through social media, public comments or unrelated support channels may not be considered received until submitted through the billing system.

8. Data and Service Cancellation

Customers must download and securely store any required website, email, database or server data before requesting cancellation.

Once cancellation or refund processing begins:

  • Access to the service may be disabled.
  • Hosted content may be permanently deleted.
  • Red Pro Host is not responsible for data the customer failed to export.
  • A cancelled service may not be recoverable.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will normally be submitted to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment gateway or financial institution.

Red Pro Host cannot guarantee the time taken by an external payment provider after the refund has been submitted.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact the Red Pro Host Billing Department before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Red Pro Host will not issue a duplicate refund while a chargeback or external payment dispute concerning the same transaction remains open.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in service suspension and recovery of reasonable provider-imposed costs where permitted by law.

11. Service Credits

Service credits issued under an applicable Service Level Agreement are not cash refunds and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. They may only be applied to eligible future Red Pro Host services.

12. Policy Abuse

Red Pro Host may reject a refund request involving:

  • Repeated purchases and refunds
  • Multiple accounts created to reuse a refund guarantee
  • Substantial service consumption intended to obtain temporary free usage
  • Fraudulent, misleading or incomplete information

A rejection under this section will be based on documented evidence and remains subject to applicable consumer law.

13. Policy Changes

Red Pro Host may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be identified through the “Last Updated” date.

The version accepted at the time of purchase will normally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
